Tim DeFor - Lead Minister
Tim has been with First Christian Church since April of 2002. He became the Lead Minister in September of 2007. Tim is married to Julie, who along with Jess Springer, runs the Christian Student Fellowship for Northeast Community College. Tim and Julie have four children Keriann, Marshall, Grant, and Lauren.

 | Marshal Hardy - Youth Minister
Marshal started serving with First Christian Church as a student at Nebraska Christian College 2000. He joined the staff January of 2004. His wife also ministers with FCC as the Morningstar Preschool (formerly Kiddie Kollege) Director. They have one daughter and two sons. |

Randall Coffin - Associate Minister Randall will have been serving as Associate Minister for two years in September. Randall has had 16 years of ministry experience in a variety of roles. He is in charge of facilitating and training of volunteers for our small group ministry, as well as organization and administration in several different areas. |  |
Greg Springer - Worship Minister Greg joined our staff in June of 2007. Greg oversees the area of Worship Arts including worship, drama, video, and graphic design, and he also oversees our technology. Greg is married to Jess who along with Julie DeFor runs the Christian Student Fellowship program at Northeast Community College.

 | Wendy Holmes - Administrative Assistant Wendy joined the staff in August of 2009. She is the central nervous system of firstCHRISTIAN, and serves as the primary administrative assistant for the entire ministry staff.

Liz Spray - Children's Director We are sorry to say that Liz Spray is no longer part of the FCC leadership team, but happy to say that she is still an active part of the FCC family, as she has decided to stay home to raise her son Joshua. God has used Liz in great ways, and we are excited to see the ways God uses Liz in her son's life! Thanks Liz! |  |
 | Stacy Hardy - Morningstar Preschool Director Stacy is in her 4th year as the director of FCC's Morningstar preschool (formerly Kiddie Kollege). She and her husband, Marshal (Youth Minister), have one daughter, Leah, and two sons, Easton and Tanner. |
